
Aditi Joshi has a multidisciplinary background in corporate sustainability, zero-carbon strategy, engineering, global operations, supply chain, and infrastructure development. With an orientation toward purpose-driven frameworks—balancing product, process, planet, profit, and people—she supports organizations in embedding environmental sustainability across business strategy.
Her work spans a range of sectors, including industrial, commercial, logistics, and technology. Earlier in her career, Aditi held roles in engineering, sustainability, and program management at Amazon, Amgen, Husky, and in engineering consulting. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Aditi currently leads enterprise-wide sustainability efforts, including implementation of the roadmap to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2040. She directs cross-functional teams and works across business units, supply chains, and product development cycles to embed sustainability into core decision-making.
She holds both a BS and MS in mechanical engineering from the University of Toronto, with a specialization in environmental engineering and renewable energy systems. She also received a certificate in sustainable business strategy from Harvard Business School. Aditi’s professional credentials include Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Energy Auditor (CEA), Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP), and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). Aditi is also a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
