Aditi Joshi

Aditi Joshi is an expert in corporate sustainability, zero-carbon strategy and execution, mechanical and environmental engineering, infrastructure design, construction, and congruence of corporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts with strategic operations. Fueled by a passion for corporate strategy centered around the 6Ps (purpose, product, process, planet, profit, and people), Aditi plays a pivotal role in fostering organizational success on a sustainable foundation. As the Director of Sustainability at Hewlett Packard Enterprises (HPE), she is at the forefront of the company’s initiative to achieve zero-carbon emissions across global operations by 2040. Throughout her career, Aditi has contributed to various sectors on a global scale, including large-scale industrial, commercial, tech, and logistics. A significant part of Aditi’s work involves nurturing partnerships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to catalyze sustainable product development. Prior to her tenure at HPE, Aditi honed her skills at Amazon, Amgen, Husky, and Engineering Consulting, holding roles in engineering, sustainability, and program and people management.

Aditi earned both a BS and an MS in mechanical engineering from the University of Toronto, specializing in environmental engineering and renewable energy systems. She also received a certificate in sustainable business strategy from Harvard Business School. Aditi’s professional credentials include being a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP), Certified Energy Auditor (CEA), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), and a licensed Professional Engineer (PEng).
