Cara Corsetti has over 25 years of experience in environmental consulting, people leadership, project management, and business strategy. Throughout her career, she has managed hundreds of environmental projects in the western United States and Pacific Islands. Cara currently serves as a senior consultant and coach at her own sole proprietorship. Previously, she was a senior principal and business center operating leader at Stantec for the U.S. West Region in California and Hawaii, and senior principal for California and the Pacific Islands at SWCA Environmental Consultants. 

Cara earned a BA in creative studies and an MS in geological sciences (paleobiology) from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She completed an MS in applied psychology with an emphasis in organizational psychology at the University of Southern California. Cara is a certified paleontologist for various local jurisdictions throughout Southern California. She is also a member of the Association of Environmental Professionals.
