Paloma Lopez

Paloma Lopez is a food entrepreneur and sustainability advisor with over twenty years of global experience in the packaged products industry, steering business transformation and growth for purpose-led brands. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Future Fit Foods (FFF), a Colorado-based food startup, she creates innovative future food solutions by integrating regenerative and recycling principles. Additionally, Paloma serves as Vice President for At Stake Advisors, providing fractional chief sustainability officer (CSO) services and expertise in circularity and sustainability. Previously, as Global Director of Sustainability and Brand Strategy for the Kellogg Company, she played a pivotal role in launching the inaugural European sustainable agriculture program, Kellogg’s Origins™, benefitting 300,000 farmers and elevating Special K brand equity through impactful strategic partnerships. Honored by Forbes as a Global Sustainability Women Leader, Paloma is also a cherished First Movers “Social Intrapreneur” Fellow at the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society Program, where she continues to contribute as an external advisory board member. With an ongoing commitment to forging a more sustainable future, Paloma actively mentors at the Unreasonable Group for impact entrepreneurs and holds board memberships at the Guild of Future Architects (GoFA) and Naturally Boulder.

Paloma earned a BS in business administration from California State University, Sacramento. She also holds an MSBA in international business from San Francisco State University and an MS in sustainability leadership from the University of Cambridge.
